Golf simulator rental rates
Playing 18 holes takes roughly 1 hour per person. A group of 4 can expect to take around 4 hours total. Don’t forget to plan your time accordingly!
- 4-hour minimum – $200 ($50/hour)
- 8 Hours – $360 ($45/hour)
Sales tax (6.75%) + Occupancy tax (6%) = 12.75% total

Before You Book
- Simulator is available by reservation only
- Rentals begin promptly. There is no extra time to “finish your hole” if another group is booked after you
- Feel free to bring your own golf clubs, food, and beverages
- All guests must sign our Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement before use
- You are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the posted rules
House Rules (Summary)
- Clean clubs and clean shoes only
- No food or drinks on the simulator platform
- One person in the hitting area at a time
- No smoking or vaping indoors
- Children under 10 must be supervised by a non-golfing adult
- Respect the space. The garage is under video surveillance
- Bedrooms are off-limits during hourly rentals. Please stay in the main living and simulator areas.
